In this episode & Sermon we start off closely looking at 2 chronicles 7 Solomon is seen offering his prayers and sacrifices to God . While learning to know God & doing what pleases God he answers him with fire and through the fire , meanwhile the priests are not able to come near the temple . Jesus continually speaks throughout the bible of being tested in fire and that our work and our foundation would be tested & revealed by fire because he is a devouring fire . As we strive to grow our relationship with Jesus we learn what we must leave behind. Leaving pride and profane babbling behind & only Boasting & glorying in Jesus . We learn that our convictions ,this refinement , this smoothing is a by product of the Holy Spirit Jesus himself . "My Peace I leave with you , my Peace I give you " https://www.smucd.org/blog https://www.smucd.org/donate

In This Sermon the Holy Spirit leads us into looking deeply at The Multitude and what Jesus sais about the body. We look at Matthew 9 & what Jesus describes as a multitude that he had compassion on them because they fainted and were scattered abroad as sheep having no shepherd. Exploring the fact that many times we see what the opposition has or is doing and become discouraged . We look at what God tells Elijah who thinks he is the only prophet left the only believer who hasnt bowed down to Baal. God then strengthens him with encouragement saying i have 7 Thousand & Israel. Jesus message is to stay encouraged even during hard times and trials in Matthew 15:32 which sais - Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way.

In this Sermon we explore the difference between kindling a fire & what fellowship means. This kindling of fire lead Israel down the wrong path and still does as we explore more black history in the bible linking to alot of the subject matter from the last episode . We look at Isaiah Ezekiel and what Jesus sais about sending his prophets to spread his word among these stiff necked people. We then explore what Jesus means by the times of the Gentiles being fulfilled and how we can guard our hearts and minds from wordly influences and what his promise in the gospel means for all of us who have become Israel through the holy spirit. Amen
